Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer care team via email with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.

  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and the specific return shipping address for our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely package the items in their original packaging, clearly mark the RAN on the outside of the box, and ship the parcel using a trackable service.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
